Intermares beach: Already in the municipality of Cabedelo, metropolitan region of “João Pessoa”, famous for its turbulent sea and conducive to practicing sports like surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. It is also one of the most beautiful and organized urban beaches in the entire “Paraíba”. Its sands are thin and clear and the nearby coconut trees make the landscape very pleasant and inviting for walks on the extensive boardwalk by the sea. Despite being an urban beach, Intermares is an environmental preservation scenario, where the Turtle-to-comb spawning project of the NGO Guajiru is being developed. The beach environment is the most up-to-date neighborhood in Cabedelo, one of the most prized areas in Paraíba, where great events such as New Year's Eve and “Fest Verão Paraíba” are held.

Beach Point de Campina: Quiet place, ideal for those who seek peace. Its sands are thin and reddish where there are several coconut trees offering shade to the bathers. Calm waters crystal clear water excellent for swimming and water sports such as kayaking and windsurfing.

Poço beach: First stopping point for bathing. The beach is one of the favorite families of the capital for the summer season. The bustling waters of the high seas by the waves and winds are ideal for water sports such as jet skiing and windsurfing. Closer to the waterfront, the waters are quiet and great for bathing. It is also from there that boats leave for the island of Areia Vermelha.

Formosa beach: Second stop point for bathing. Warm waters. Less infrastructure compared to Praia do Poço.

Miramar Beach: Third stopping point for bathing. Typically of fishermen, many vessels depart and arrive from their waters. This place is an excellent option for those who want to dine by the sea, because in its surroundings, easy access, and in an urbanized area, there are several gastronomic trade options. In the surroundings of the beach also it has spaces of urban walk and specific points for the practice of sports like soccer, volleyball and futevôlei, in addition to a great area where the main events of the city are realized.

Fort Santa Catarina: built in 1589, a landmark of the Paraiba resistance against the invasions of the Dutch and French in the colonial period.

Jacaré Sunset: A place where everyone meets in the late afternoon to enjoy the spectacular sunset of Jacaré, on the river beach of the Paraíba River and to the sound of Ravel's "Bolero" performed by a saxophonist and a violinist.
